Resource Management and Tracking system can be used to enhance the IT departments to manage the
resources ranging from audio/visual equipment to any other eclectically powered equipment. The system
helps to keep a log of the full equipment and room usage log & status which in turn help in any preventative
maintenance, theft and tracking the location of the equipment. The system can notify the system
administrator about the new recruitments and helps making reports. It can send alarms to designated people
on the equipment being faulty, running out of life, or when it moves out of the designated location.
